This privacy policy explains how OsmoPrint collects, uses, and protects information when customers request quotes, place orders, submit artwork, pay invoices, or contact us through our website.

Information We Collect

We may collect business name, contact name, phone number, email address, billing and shipping details, order details, uploaded artwork, proof notes, payment confirmation details, and messages sent to our team.

How We Use Information

We use information to prepare quotes, process orders, produce print jobs, send proofs, issue invoices, collect payments, arrange pickup or delivery, provide support, maintain business records, and improve our services.

Artwork and Files

Customer artwork and production files are used only to complete requested services, communicate about the job, and maintain order history. Files may be stored for repeat orders or future support unless deletion is requested and legal or operational retention is not required.

Payments

Credit card payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems. E-transfer confirmation details may be stored so we can match payments to invoices.

Sharing Information

We may share only the information needed with trusted service providers, including payment processors, email providers, couriers, outsourced print suppliers, hosting providers, and professional advisors. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention and Security

We keep information as long as needed for production, accounting, tax, legal, customer support, and repeat-order purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to legal, accounting, and operational requirements. You may also ask us not to retain production files for future repeat orders.
